Property Inspection Report

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using InspectionDone™ ("the Service"), operated by Victory Hour Multimedia Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InspectionDone™ is a web-based property inspection reporting tool that uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating inspection narratives. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. After 7 days, continued access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are available on an annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. License

Upon payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own professional inspection activities. You may not sublicense, resell, copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service or any part of it.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports and narratives generated by InspectionDone™ are produced using artificial intelligence and are intended as a drafting aid only. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all report content before delivery to clients. The Company assumes no liability for reliance on AI-generated content without independent professional review.

7. Professional Responsibility

InspectionDone™ is a reporting tool and does not perform inspections. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and professional quality of all inspection reports produced using the Service. The Service does not replace professional judgment, licensing requirements, or compliance with applicable standards in your jurisdiction.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or clone the Service; (c) share your license or account credentials; (d) use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems; (e) scrape or extract data from the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victory Hour Multimedia Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Windsor, Ontario.

1. Information We Collect

Registration data: Name and email address collected when you begin your free trial.
Payment data: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data securely.
Usage data: We may collect anonymized data about how the Service is used to improve functionality.
Inspection data: Report content (notes, photos, ratings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers except when generating AI narratives.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) send your license unlock email after purchase; (c) send important service updates; (d) respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. AI Processing

When you generate an AI report narrative, your inspection notes and ratings are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This data is used solely to generate your report and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your inspection data for training AI models.

4. Data Storage

Your inspection reports, photos, and notes are stored locally on your device using browser storage. They are not uploaded to our servers. If you clear your browser data, this information will be lost. We recommend printing or saving reports as PDFs after each inspection.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your trial start date, license status, and installation preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment

InspectionDone™ is a documentation and reporting tool. It does not perform inspections, assess structural integrity, evaluate code compliance, or provide engineering opinions. All findings, ratings, and recommendations entered into the Service are the sole responsibility of the licensed inspector using it.

AI Report Accuracy

AI-generated narratives are based solely on the data you enter. They may contain errors, generalized language, or omissions. You are required to review all AI-generated content for accuracy and completeness before including it in any report delivered to a client, buyer, seller, or third party.

Professional Licensing

Use of InspectionDone™ does not satisfy any licensing, certification, or continuing education requirements in any jurisdiction. Users are responsible for maintaining their own professional credentials and complying with all applicable laws and standards governing property inspection in their region.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Victory Hour Multimedia Inc. makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content produced by the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Victory Hour Multimedia Inc. shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of AI-generated reports, including but not limited to professional liability claims, client disputes, regulatory penalties, or errors in inspection reports.

Photo & Data Responsibility

Photos and data entered into InspectionDone™ are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the security, accuracy, and appropriate use of all inspection data and images you collect. Ensure you have appropriate consent to photograph any property before doing so.
